Boost your immune system and reduce inflammation to help combat the effects of seasonal allergies. Use as a preventative and a remedy. Will help to clear sinuses, respiratory conditions, rid the body of toxins and provide relief of headaches and sinusitis.  

Suggestion: place a 1-2 drops in a small bowl of boiling water. Place a towel over your head and breathe deeply. Keeping your eyes closed. Continue for 3-5 mins. Please only do this if you are an adult or child over six.
